Children
Children 12 years and under are free with a paid adult but must still register for the conference. Meal plans are available at time of registration, and will not be available for purchase on site.

Discount Rates
Pastor and spouse / Professional teachers/ Full-time Students / Missionaries / Children 13 to 18 years old all receive a $30 discount off tuition.

Meal Plans
Meal Plans are available at the time of registration and will not be available for purchase on-site.

$69 for meal package includes:

Thursday dinner
Friday breakfast
Friday lunch
Friday Dinner
Saturday breakfast
All served with beverages

No a la cart items. Meals must be purchased at time of registration.

Group Discounts
Group discounts are offered to groups of 25 or more. Group must sign up all 25 people through fax or email. Fax 407-333-4233 or email conference@ligonier.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment.  We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation. 

We must have each persons; name, address, phone, and email. Please let us know who will be having the meal plan. Meal plans must be purchased at the time of registration.

There are no refunds for group registrations. If a member of the group is not able to attend, the conference badge can be taken to registration at the conference and transferred to another individual.  

The group rate is $99 per person and is good until January 23, 2010. Meal plans are $69 per person. You will also receive 2 complimentary registrations per 25 registered attendees.

Cancellations
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by e-mail (conference@ligonier.org). Refund requests received by April 16, 2010 will be honored in full, minus a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between April 17 and May 21, will receive a 50-percent refund. No refunds will be granted after May 22, 2010.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation postcard once your registration has been processed. You will pick-up your name badge between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning on the conference at 1 p.m. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference. For more information, please visit the Volunteer section of the website.

Conference Site
The Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center is the site for the national conference.  The Marriott is located at 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida 32821. Call 877-768-2784 ext. 103 to make your reservations.
