Registration Information

Conference Tuition Rates
$89 --- If you register on or before January 29, 2010
$99 --- If you register between January 30 and March 10, 2010
$109 --- If you register at the door, space permitting (after March 10th, 2010)

Children and Special Discounts

Full-time Pastors and spouses/Professional teachers/Full-time students/Teens 13 to 18 years old receive $20 off tuition price. 
Children 12 years old and under are free with paid adult but must still register for the conference.

Registrations at the door
Registrations at the door will be accepted, space permitting.

Nametags
Nametags will be available for pick-up at the conference location.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation postcard once your registration has been processed. You will pick-up your name badge between 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning on the conference at 2:00 p.m. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.

Group Discount Policy

Group discounts are offered to groups of 25 or more. Group must sign up all 25 people through fax or email. Fax 407-333-4233 or email (conference@ligonier.org). You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.

We must have each person’s name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered each individual will receive their confirmation for the conference at the address given for each individual. Please ensure that all information is given on each individual of the group.

There are no refunds for group registrations. If a member of the group is not able to attend, the confirmation letter can be taken to registration and they will print you a new name badge.

2010 West Coast Conference Group pricing

$69 per person – Group pricing good until January 29, 2010.
2 complimentary registrants per 25 registered attendees.

Meal Information

No meals will be provided at the church. Attendees will be encouraged to eat at area restaurants. Concessions will be available on Friday and Saturday.

Volunteer

There are a limited number of volunteer positions available for the conference. All volunteers can attend the conference at no cost. If you are interested in volunteering, please call 1-800-435-4343 or email volunteer@ligonier.org for more information. All volunteer positions will be filled by December 15, 2009.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by email (conference@ligonier.org). Refund request received by January 22, 2010, will be honored in full, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between January 23 and February 12, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after February 13, 2010.
