Can I send in a check instead of using a credit card?
Feel free to order any resources via mail. Simply list the items you would like to purchase (and include the product code if possible) and send it in along with a check including the shipping and handling. Our mailing address is:

How can I find out my Order Status?

Can I make a change to my Internet order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to Internet orders once they are submitted.
Can I cancel the Internet order I just placed?
Internet orders are usually fulfilled the following business day. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. Please call 800-435-4343 to cancel.
Why do I have to enter a password at the end of my order?
The password at the end of your order is used when checking your Order History in the online store. You will be prompted to enter your email address and the optional password in order to view your past orders.
I checked my Order History, but some of my orders are missing.
There could be a few reasons why the orders are not appearing. Usually, it is because the missing orders were made with either a different email address or password or with no password at all. If the orders still do not appear, please email webmaster@ligonier.org.
How much would it cost to ship products internationally?
We do ship internationally, and prices will vary by weight and method. The best way to determine the shipping cost is to enter the order on the online store. After entering your name and address, you will be given a screen with shipping information.
Can I receive a bulk discount?
Due to the array of resources we carry, we are unable to offer bulk discounts across the board. However, we do consider bulk discounts upon request. If you would like us to consider a bulk discount, please send your request with detailed information using our Contact Form.
I live in the area. Do you have a bookstore on site? Can I pick up my order?
We do have a small selection of our resources at the entrance to our office in Lake Mary, but we also have our warehouse on site. Please feel free to stop by anytime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We will be closed one hour from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch. You may place your order and pay at the front desk. Our physical address is:

I was unable to finish downloading my MP3 purchases. How can I get them?
If you go to the online store, click on "Order History" at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and optional password. It should then list your purchases and you can finish downloading the remaining MP3s. If you have any problems, please email webmaster@ligonier.org.
I keep getting an error message when I try to download my MP3s.
The MP3s will not download correctly if you are using MSN Explorer. Try downloading the files using Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari instead. This should solve the problem. If not, please provide details of any error messages to our webmaster at webmaster@ligonier.org.
What is your return policy?
Ligonier Ministries has a 30-day return policy for most items in new condition. You may return the product with a description of the problem and why you are returning it. The return should come from the original purchaser of the product.
While we are happy to send replacements for damaged or defective items, we cannot make exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and then place a new order. Do not send checks with returned items. Please call 800-435-4343 for the separate iPod return policy.
I just received my package, but it is either missing something or it isn’t what I ordered.
Check the invoice that came with your package to make sure the information is correct and that nothing is on backorder. If something is missing or a product came that wasn’t ordered, please call 800-435-4343, and we will look into the problem.
The resource that I ordered is damaged or defective.
We are more than happy to replace damaged or defective products. Please call 800-435-4343 with information about the defective item and we will send you a replacement.
