An item on my online order is on backorder. When can I expect to receive my package?
Depending on demand and the format of the item, your backordered item(s) can take several weeks to receive. All in-stock items on your order will be fulfilled separately the following business day. In addition, once each of your items ship, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email, which contains the tracking information.
