Operating Hours Ligonier’s operating hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. During high call volume hours or peak seasons, you may opt to leave a voicemail with your contact information. We will acknowledge your call or email within forty-eight business hours.

Returns / Credits Please contact our Care Team to process your return if any of the following conditions have been met.

Product Definitions

  • “New, Original Condition” – New, originally manufactured condition of product as intended by the publisher for sale. May also be described as undamaged; in the original packaging; or not soiled, torn, or otherwise worn; which allows the product to be sold as new.

  • “Damaged Product” – Product damaged during the shipping process.

  • “Defective Product” – Product shows no signs of wear or abuse, but was defective from the manufacturer.

Refunds Eligible returns (see product definitions above) will be issued a full refund for the product if requested and returned within 90 days of purchase.
