Dr. Sproul recovers verse 4 discussing being buried with Christ in baptism and then moves into a discussion of the "man" with the believer to recon himself as being dead to sin with our bodies being instruments of righteousness. A definition of regeneration is provided while explaining the believer being supernaturally changed.
