Gospel Partnership
“I thank my God . . . because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now” (Phil. 1:3–5).
God has created us so that we cannot successfully accomplish His will on our own. We require friends and partners to encourage our respective callings and help us in our respective ministries. 
Even the apostle Paul could not go it alone; he depended on the prayers and support of the believers in Philippi and elsewhere to help send him across the world with the gospel.
The need for such gospel partnerships continues today. We cannot all leave our current responsibilities for full-time Christian ministry, but we can all support those organizations and individuals that are called to that vocation. God considers the contributions of all those who support the work of the gospel, using each of our talents, prayers, and gifts to grow His kingdom.
As Ligonier Ministries celebrates forty years of ministry in 2011, we are ever mindful of the faithfulness of partners like you to our work.
