Q: I just received my package, but either it is missing something or it isn’t what I ordered.

A: Check the invoice included with your package to ensure the information is correct and that nothing is on backorder. If something is missing or a product came that was not ordered, please call 800-435-4343 or email service@ligonier.org, and we will look into the problem.

Q: The resource I ordered is damaged or defective.

A: We are more than happy to replace damaged or defective products. Please call 800-435-4343 with information about the defective item, and we will send you a replacement. If you prefer, you may also email service@ligonier.org. If available, please provide images of the damages or defects of the product.

Q: How much would it cost to ship products internationally?

A: We do ship internationally, and prices will vary by weight and method. The best way to determine the shipping cost is to enter the order on our online store.

Q: An item on my online order is on backorder. When can I expect to receive my package?

A: Depending on demand and the format of the item, your backordered item(s) can take several weeks to receive. All in-stock items on your order will be fulfilled separately the following business day. In addition, once each of your items ship, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email, which contains the tracking information. Q: An item on my online order is on preorder. When can I expect to receive my package?

A: All preorder items are expected to ship and arrive by the publish date. You can find the publish date located under Product Info at the bottom of the product page of the item you ordered. The timeframe for receiving your item will depend upon the shipping option you chose when you ordered the item. In addition, once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email, which contains the tracking information.
